På båda campus finns studieutrymmen som får användas av studerande. De flesta kräver förhandsbokning, men i Café Fänriken (ASA, Åbo) och i Foajén (Academill, Vasa) finns ett begränsat antal läseplatser som får användas utan bokning.
Bokningsbara utrymmen finns i Arken och Teologiska Annexet, i Academill och vid Åbo Akademis bibliotek på båda orterna. Arkens och Teologiska Annexets utrymmen bokas i Peppi. För de andra så följ respektive instruktioner.
Kom ihåg säkerhetsavstånd, god handhygien och att ansiktsskydd ska användas på campus. Alla ska använda egen nyckel för att gå in. Om utrymmesanvändingen nu fungerar och instruktioner följs, är det större chans att campus fortsatt kan hålla delvis öppet. Man får t.ex. inte flytta möbler för att sitta närmare varandra fast man umgås också utanför campus.

Möjligheten att ibland vistas på campus har varit ett centralt intressebevakningsmål under coronaperioden. Att få komma bort hemifrån stöder inlärningen och ökar välmåendet.
There are study rooms available for students on both campuses. Most of them require booking in advance but in Café Fänriken (ASA, Åbo) and the Foyér (Foajén, Academill, Vasa), there is a limited number of study places that don’t require booking.
Bookable study rooms are available in Arken and the Theology Annexe, in Academill, and at Åbo Akademi University library on both campuses. The rooms in Arken and the theology annexe can be booked using Peppi. For the rest, please follow the instructions they provide.
Please remember to maintain sufficient safety distances, proper hand hygiene, and to use face masks on campus. Always use your own key when visiting campus. If all instructions and safety precautions are followed, there is a greater chance that the campus can continue to be partially open. You are not e.g. allowed to move the furniture around to sit closer to your friends even though you would associate with them outside the campus.

It has been one of our biggest goals under the pandemic to make it possible for students to occasionally visit the campus. Getting outside of one’s own apartment will support learning as well as increase well-being.
